ORDINARY MEMBERSHIP

Thank you for showing interest in Ordinary Membership of the RCR Breast Group. The Group was founded in 1988 and provides a forum for discussion of radiological matters relating to breast disease and breast screening. The group arranges its own annual scientific meeting specifically for this purpose. It supports local and national initiatives for research into breast imaging and related topics. It acts as an authoritative source of advice to the College and the Department of Health on issues such as professional standards and training requirements relating to breast imaging.  It also maintains close liaison with other professional groups with interests in this field.

Please complete the attached application form below and return it to the Secretary at the address shown. An annual fee of £25.00 should be sent with your application (cheque payable to the "RCR Breast Group"). Please also print out the Direct Debit Mandate and send with your application for membership. A receipt will be returned to you along with a and a copy of the Group's constitution. There is currently no joining fee.

Please note -
Ordinary Membership is only open to practising diagnostic radiologists.

Doctors who are not radiologists should apply for Associate Membership.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

Please note that Associate Membership is open to non-radiologists with an interest in breast imaging. Please note that the Constitution of the Group excludes Associate Members from voting rights in constitutional or other Group business.

Radiologists should apply for Ordinary Membership. Please contact the Secretary if you would like more information about categories of Membership
